Giveaway Terms
& Conditions

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored solely by BradyDoesPins ("Sponsor") and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Whatnot, Disney, Disney Auctions, Disney Store, Walt Disney Imagineering, or any affiliated company.

2. Eligibility

Open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who violates these rules.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on __________ and ends on __________.

All qualifying entries must be received during the giveaway period to be eligible.

4. Methods of Entry

Purchase Entry Method

Participants will receive five (5) giveaway entries for each qualifying pin purchased from BradyDoesPins during the giveaway period.

Returned, refunded, canceled, disputed, fraudulent, or chargeback transactions are not eligible for entries. Any entries associated with such transactions will be void.

Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

Participants may receive one (1) free giveaway entry without making a purchase by completing the entry requirements posted on the official BradyDoesPins Instagram page (@BradyDoesPins).

Entrants must follow all instructions specified in the applicable giveaway post to receive their free entry.

No purchase is required to enter through this method.

5. Entry Limits & Conduct

Sponsor reserves the right to reject, disqualify, or remove any entry that appears fraudulent, automated, duplicated, manipulated, abusive, or otherwise violates these Terms & Conditions.

Use of fake accounts, multiple accounts created for the purpose of gaining additional entries, bots, automated systems, harassment, or any attempt to unfairly influence the giveaway may result in immediate disqualification.

6. Prize Distribution

Each listed prize will be awarded to a separate winner.

No individual may win more than one (1) prize during this giveaway.

Prizes are non-transferable and awarded "as is."

7. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted through Instagram, Whatnot, email, or another reasonable method determined by Sponsor.

Winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification.

If a winner fails to respond, cannot be contacted, provides inaccurate information, is found to be ineligible, or refuses the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

9. Shipping

Sponsor will ship prizes to the address provided by each winner.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Delivery delays
• Incorrect shipping information supplied by a winner
• Carrier errors or mishandling
• Customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges

Once a prize has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the recipient.

10. Condition of Prizes

All prizes are awarded "as is."

Collectible pins may contain manufacturer imperfections, packaging wear, minor flaws, or other characteristics commonly found in collectible merchandise.

Sponsor makes no representation or warranty regarding the condition, authenticity grading, future market value, collectability, or investment potential of any prize.

Any values discussed by collectors, third-party marketplaces, auction sites, or price guides are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Sponsor.

11. Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions
• Uses fake, duplicate, or automated accounts
• Provides false or misleading information
• Attempts to manipulate the giveaway or drawing process
• Engages in fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or other dishonest conduct
• Harasses Sponsor or other participants

12. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless BradyDoesPins and its owners, affiliates, representatives, agents, and partners from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, or causes of action arising from or related to:

• Participation in the giveaway
• Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize
• Shipping issues
• Technical failures
• Entry errors
• Platform outages
• Third-party actions

13. Right to Modify or Cancel

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, terminate, or cancel the giveaway at any time if fraud, technical failures, unforeseen circumstances, legal concerns, or other events compromise the integrity, security, fairness, or proper administration of the giveaway.

14. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, username, social media handle, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

15. Governing Law

This giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located within the State of Florida.

16. Agreement to Rules

Participation in this giveaway constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Terms & Conditions and all decisions made by Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Free entry is available through the Alternate Method of Entry described in Section 4 of these Official Terms & Conditions.
