Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 3 days of delivery.

Eligible Items

Returns are only accepted for Open Edition and Single Pins.

• The item must be in the same condition as received
• The item must not be used, worn, or altered
• The item must be returned in its original packaging

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

• Limited Edition pins
• Limited Release pins
• Mystery packs
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "No Refunds"

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return

If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Minor imperfections or manufacturer variations common in collectible pins

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method.
