General Pre-Sale Terms

At BradyDoesPins, certain products may be offered for purchase before they are available for immediate shipment. By purchasing any item designated as a pre-sale item, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Pre-Sale Acknowledgement

Pre-sale items are products that have not yet arrived at BradyDoesPins or have not yet completed production.

By purchasing a pre-sale item, you acknowledge that shipment will occur only after inventory is received, inspected, processed, and prepared for fulfillment.

Estimated arrival dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

No Cancellations

All pre-sale purchases are final.

Once an order is placed:

• Orders may not be canceled.
• Orders may not be modified.
• Refunds will not be issued due to production timelines, supplier delays, shipping estimates, manufacturing delays, or changes in customer preference.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions and estimated timelines prior to purchase.

Please only purchase pre-sale items if you are comfortable waiting for fulfillment.

Production & Supplier Delays

Estimated timelines are based on information available at the time of listing and are subject to change.

Manufacturing delays, supplier delays, customs processing, international shipping delays, weather events, labor shortages, carrier disruptions, inventory shortages, and other unforeseen circumstances may impact fulfillment timelines.

BradyDoesPins shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Communication

BradyDoesPins will make reasonable efforts to provide updates regarding major timeline changes, production milestones, supplier delays, fulfillment progress, and shipping information through official communication channels, including but not limited to Instagram, email, website announcements, or other platforms.

Fantasy Pin Collection Pre-Sales

This section applies to BradyDoesPins original fantasy pin releases, including but not limited to the Happy Birthday Princess Collection and future BradyDoesPins-exclusive fantasy pin projects.

Production Process

Fantasy pins are custom-designed collectible products that require multiple stages of manufacturing, including:

• Artwork preparation
• Mold creation
• Sampling
• Color matching
• Revisions
• Quality assurance inspections
• Final production
• International shipping

Estimated Timeline

Fantasy pin pre-sales often require several months to complete due to the manufacturing process.

While estimated timelines may be provided on product listings, customers acknowledge that these timelines are estimates only and may change based on factory schedules, revision requirements, shipping conditions, and quality control needs.

BradyDoesPins will prioritize quality over speed whenever necessary to ensure customers receive the best possible product.

Quality Assurance

Every effort will be made to inspect and quality-check fantasy pin inventory before fulfillment.

However, collectible enamel pins may contain minor imperfections that are considered acceptable within industry standards.

BradyDoesPins reserves the right to determine whether a pin meets acceptable quality standards for shipment.

Tuesday Pin Drop Pre-Sales

This section applies to weekly Tuesday Pin Drop products and other pre-sale listings involving officially released Disney pins that are not yet physically in inventory at the time of purchase.

Inventory Acquisition

Tuesday Pin Drop pre-sale items are offered based on inventory expected to be acquired from approved suppliers, distributors, park sources, personal shoppers, or other trusted channels.

Customers acknowledge that BradyDoesPins does not physically possess these items at the time the pre-sale is offered.

Combined Orders & Shipment Timing

If an order contains multiple pre-sale items, in-stock items, or a combination of both, the entire order will generally be held and shipped together once all items included in the order are available.

This means shipment timing will be based on the item with the latest fulfillment date.

Customers wishing to receive available items sooner should place separate orders.

Availability & Supplier Issues

In the event that BradyDoesPins is unable to obtain a pre-sale item due to supplier shortages, inventory issues, allocation reductions, supplier cancellations, damaged inventory, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, BradyDoesPins reserves the right to:

• Issue a full refund for the affected item.
• Offer a comparable replacement item.
• Provide store credit where mutually agreed upon.

BradyDoesPins shall not be liable for any additional damages resulting from such circumstances.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal for a valid pre-sale purchase due solely to fulfillment timelines, production timelines, supplier delays, or estimated delivery dates may result in:

• Permanent account restrictions.
• Removal from future pre-sales.
• Cancellation of pending orders where permitted by law.
• Collection efforts or legal remedies where appropriate.

Customers are encouraged to contact BradyDoesPins directly before initiating any payment dispute.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any BradyDoesPins pre-sale item, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Pre-Sale Policy in its entirety.

Continued participation in future pre-sales constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updated policies posted on the BradyDoesPins website.
